This is a targeted safety notice for the correct and safe use of hair clips (snap clips, alligator clips, French clasps, mini clips, decorative clips). As they may contain small parts, springs, sharp edges, and strong clamps, please follow the instructions below to avoid injuries and accidents.

Basic safety and handling principles

• Keep out of reach of small children: Small clips, decorations, and loose parts pose a choking and swallowing hazard; the product is not a toy.
• Sharp edges and springs: Check tips, edges, and spring tension before use; do not use damaged or deformed clips.
• Pinching of skin and hair: When closing, keep fingers away from the joints and teeth of the clip; do not pull the clip forcefully from tangled hair.
• Strings and dangling decorations: Long decorations may increase the risk of catching; not suitable for sleeping or sports.

Proper and safe use

• Appropriate size and grip: Choose a clip suitable for the amount of hair; too small or too large reduces secure holding.
• Placement: Attach so that the clip does not obstruct the field of vision or press on the scalp; do not place directly on bare skin without hair.
• Use by children: For small children, use only simple, soft models without small removable decorations and always under supervision.
• Activities: For sports and play, choose flat, soft, or non-metallic solutions; do not wear decorative or metal clips during sleep.

Cleaning, maintenance, and storage

• Cleaning: Wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid aggressive cleaners and prolonged soaking.
