SA-20233 Damascus kitchen knife - Slicing
A well-crafted kitchen knife at an amazing price! The material structure alternates multiple layers of different types of steel. These layers are joined together using a forge welding method to form a single unit (67 layers for this knife). When using, please note that the knife is very sharp and is used for cutting food (not frozen and not suitable for chopping food). We recommend washing, drying, and putting the knife away immediately after use. The advantages of the knives in this range are their extraordinary sharpness and hardness (HRC58±2).
