This is a targeted safety notice for the correct and safe use of chains (steel, silver, gold, gold-plated, leather cords with chain, with pendant, with classic or magnetic clasp). Due to the presence of small parts, placement around the neck, and risk of entanglement, please follow the instructions below.

Basic Safety and Handling Principles

• Keep out of reach of children: Locks, rings, beads, and magnets pose a choking hazard; the product is not a toy.
• Check before wearing: Inspect the lock, loops, rings, and pendant; do not use a damaged or stretched chain.
• Risk of entanglement: Do not wear long and dangling models during sports, sleep, machine work, or in situations with increased risk of catching on clothing or objects.
• Magnetic clasps: Keep strong magnets away from payment cards and sensitive electronics; persons with pacemakers/ICDs must exercise caution.

Proper and Safe Use

• Correct length and weight: Choose a length that does not restrict breathing or movement; secure heavy pendants so they do not hit the chest or overload the loops.
• Contact with water and chemicals: Remove the chain before showering, bathing, sports, and applying cosmetics or perfumes; chemicals accelerate corrosion and wear.
• Layering: When wearing multiple chains, minimize tangling and friction; avoid combining with crocheted or mesh textiles.

Cleaning, Maintenance, and Storage

• Cleaning according to material: Wipe steel and titanium with a soft damp cloth and dry; polish silver with a soft cloth; clean gold and gold-plated surfaces gently without abrasives. Clean natural stones and pearls only with a slightly damp cloth without chemicals.
• Maintenance of joints: Regularly check loops, rings, locks, and wires; tighten or replace loose parts.
• Storage: Store separately in a case or pouch, dry and away from direct sunlight; fasten chains to prevent knotting.

Specific Health Warnings

• Allergies and sensitive skin: Some metals (e.g., nickel), dyes, or adhesives may cause reactions; if redness, itching, or swelling occurs, remove the chain and consult a doctor if necessary.
• Skin hygiene: After heavy sweating, clean and dry both skin and chain to prevent irritation.
