A quality kitchen cleaver with a print of Chinese dragons at an amazing price! The cleaver is made from high-quality carbon steel. Carbon steel is a basic type of steel containing iron and carbon. The main advantages of carbon steel are hardness, good edge retention, and very easy sharpening. When using, please note that the knife is very sharp and is intended for cutting food. We recommend washing the knife immediately after use, drying it, and storing it in place. The advantages of knives from this series are unusual sharpness and hardness (HRC57±2).
